Pay Fixation of AT (HONS to MA Scale)

Hello! M kushalrai from Darjeeling n I was appointed as Asstt teacher{EngHons}in 07.8.08 in Hons Scale n after seeking d prior permission 4rm DI I completed my MA in relevant subject bt aftr long procedure I got d permission to draw Higher Scale 4rm d last date of examination. I had completed my MA in 17.03.2011 bt at present my still drawing Hons scale(my current basic pay is ₹18950). I would b very happy if anyone would help out in my pay fixation from Hons to M A scale.plz help

Now as on 01/07/17 basic should be 19520/- then why it is 18950? Have you lost an increment during this period?
By the by, on 07/08/08 Basic Pay =14930, On 01/07/11= 16430 (16330+100), 01/07/12= 16930, 01/07/13=17440, 01/07/14=17970, 01/07/15=18510, 01/07/16= 19070, 01/07/17=19650, 01/07/18=20240, 07/08/18= 20850 (10 yrs benefit), Next increment on 01/07/19.Thanks 4 d valuable information n my one increment was stopped as I was pursuing my B.Ed in 13-14
Then you have to mention the year when your increment was stopped and when (dd/mm/yy) your result published.

You will not get any increment for upgradation from Hons. to M.A. scale. Your grade pay will just change from Rs.4700 to Rs.4800 as mentioned by @mihiracharya . Thats all.

No way. As per ROPA 2009, your grade pay will just change from Rs.4700 to Rs.4800. No additional increment for upgradation from Hons. to M.A. scale. You will get one additional increment only after completion of 10 years of service, i.e., on 07-08-2018.
