I have read the post in bengali font you sent in reply of my query in my office computer. I have understood the lines. Today I came to know that my office’s dealing staff calculate my and other promotees bill by giving an increment, but he said that in future, i.e. at the time of retirement it may be a problem of overdrawn and in that case I shall have to refund the excess payment calculating from this incremental month. Though I gave him the memorandum of finance dept (no.2728F). He says that, ‘govt employees’ is mentioned in that order,which is true. And as we are panchayat employee not govt employee then we aren’t coming under that clarification.
Hence we are afraid of that problem though we are taking the increment from the joining date in the promotional post. Therefore I would like to request you to please guide us as we are panchayat employee not govt employee. Hope you will give us the reply soon. And again many many thanks.

Ok.Thank you Sir for your reply.I also think that primary teacher job status should be ‘Non-Govt Aided’ but the problem is I do not have any supportive documents if it required before any kind of recruiting agency on demand.
Some official said that the job status of primary teacher is ‘Statutory/Autonomous as DPSC ( district level arm of the WBBPE)is appointing authority.But if it applies to Primary teacher then it should be same as High school teacher also because their appointing authority is MC( school level arm of WBBSE).
Someone also advised that it should be ‘Local body’ but as per as my knowledge this term may be used for those school which are run by municipality/corporation(i.e. Local body).
So there is some sort of ambiguity and confusion regarding the job status of primary teacher.I am now eagerly waiting for your help and suggestion and if possible then please upload any kind of specific order etc. to clear this confusion.Thanking you.

Hi Pradip. The password is not needful to use this worksheet. I have locked the cells which should not be changed. The input cells are kept unlocked. So you can use it freely without password.
