I have joined as Jr. Asst. Manager in a WBUT organization in Feb, 2013 in pay level 12. I am entitled to get CAS in Feb, 2023 and pay matrix to be moved to 16 directly as next higher scall is pay level 16. Acceptance of benefit will be profitable in February or July? Please suggest.
