As per recommendation of the Shetty Commission, One increment w.e.f. 01.04.03 for those who have not got any benefit of grade. Treasury Building, Kolkata-700001.Sub: Implementation of the recommendation of the Shetty Commission for advance Increment for common category post in the Sub-ordinate Courts in the State.
Sir,
In compliance with the order of the Hon’ble Apex Court dated 07.10.2009, I am directed by order of the Governor to say that the Governor has been pleased to decide that the holders of the Common category posts as mentioned below other than those to whom the commission has recommended higher pay scale (viz. Sheristedar, Sr. Sheristedar, Chief Administrative Officer, Bench Clerk, Grade-I and Bench Clerk-II and Stenographer Grade-II & Stenographer Grade-III) will be given the benefit of one Advance Increment in the existing pay scale admissible to them w.e.f. 1.4.2003:-
1. Head Clerk/Cashier/Accountant/Nazir.
2. U.D.A./L.D.A./Typist/Copyist/Typist-cum-Copyist (Basic Grade)/Grade-I/Supervisory Grade.
3. Stenographer Grade-I/Bench Clerk Grade-III/Bailiff/Group-D.
This benefit of one Advance increment may also be provided to (a) new entrants to the service under any court and (b) employees who have reached stagnation at their own scale.
This order is issued with concurrence of Finance (Audit) Deptt. Vide their U.O. No. 1253-Gr.P(Service) dated 31.3.2011 read with U.O. No. 99 Group-P(Pay) dt. 29.6.12.
All concerned including all Treasury Officer, Pay & Accounts Officer-I & II, Kolkata are also being informed accordingly.Yours faithfully,

Sir,
In compliance with the order of the Hon’ble Apex Court dated 07.10.2009, I am directed by order of the Governor to say that the Governor has been pleased to decide that the special allowance @ Rs. 100/- (Rupees One hundred) per month as already allowed in terms of order No. 1289-JD/X dt/ 19.12.2007 to the staff working in the Record Room/Property Room in the various Judgeship as Record Clerks, Record Keepers, Asstt. Record Keepers and Peons would be effective from 01.04.2003 instead of 01.11.2007.
This order is issued with concurrence of Finance (Audit) Deptt. Vide their U.O. No. 1253-Gr.P(Service) dated 31.3.2011 read with U.O. No. 99 Group-P(Pay) dt. 29.6.12.
