What is my starting pay.

BASIC PAY- 8840/- + D.A.- 7514/- + HRA.-1326/- + I.R.-624/- +M.A.-300/- Gross Total- 18604/-

Is there any GO that minimum Band Pay of trained primary teacher in WB is to be fixed at R’s.6240/-?
