Dear Experts.
Through Proper Channel I had come from Central PSU to State Autonomous Academic University is there any provision for PAY PROTECTION for above..and its guidelines & circulars if any.(As in one lr DoP&T has clearly mention above pay protection.)as I have to undergo reduction of atleast 30% in my Salary.

It is subject to discretion of the university authority. I know many cases where State Universities did not allow pay protection to their teachers who came from Central Govt. services (Gazetted).
