I joined in the service as Inspector of Co-operative Societies in the year 1996 in terms of result of WBCS and etc exam 1994. Subsequently I got CAS in the year 2004. I got promotion to the post of Co-operative Development Officer in the year 2009. Now my basic is 20370/- (Pay-15670/- , Grade Pay 4700/-). But one of my colleague who joined in the service in same post in the year 1997 & got promotion in the year 2013. His basic is 20910/-. Can I get pay protection? if yes please tell me the procedure.
