Kindly confirm that if a Group -C Employee (completed 3 years but confirmation letter is due) presently working in any department of Govt of West Bengal got selected for the post of Group- C (Govt of West Bengal) with same Grade Pay in any other department through competitive exam which he/she had applied/selected before joining his/her present department. Now he/she wants to join that (later) department for whatsoever reason. Will that person eligible for pay protection in new department as per Pay Protection rule? The employee had got yearly increment thrice during this 3 years. Please confirm regarding his/her service book (E.L. and Medical Leave) transfer to the new department
