Scale of pay is 5400 – 25200. G.P. 2300. B.P. 6110. GP 2300. D.A. 4878. H.R.A. 1262. M.A. 300. For the month of April 2014.

Please help me how to correct the pay scale ? Do I have to file an RTI and then forward the application to the concerned authority? If so Whom should I address the RTI to? Please reply

WHAT IS THE PAY SCALE OF PROCESS SERVER IN DISTRICT COURTS OF WEST BENGAL?

To reply your question, it is necessary to know in which district you are posted, because as I studied the employment notification of 2011 In the District Courts Of WEST BENGAL, I found that the pay scale of Process Server varies from district to district. Here is the Notification. Please read it carefully and contact your District Judge for further clarification.

Atlast the Finance Department have sent orders for the Process Serving establishment and recommended the pay band-2 Rs.5400-Rs.25200 GP-2600 for the seal bailiff. This order came on 11/02/2015.
