This is not true.
As per existing Govt. rules, you are eligible for pension.
The rumour spread probably after publication of this G.O.: https://wbxpress.com/implementation-of-new-pension-scheme-in-west-bengal/ which is about implementation of NPS Scheme for the members of All India Services in West Bengal.

The said G.O. is only applicable for the employees of All India Services; not for West Bengal Services.
