As per existing Govt. rules, you are eligible for pension.
The rumour spread probably after publication of this G.O.: https://wbxpress.com/implementation-of-new-pension-scheme-in-west-bengal/ which is about implementation of NPS Scheme for the members of All India Services in West Bengal.But till the state government didnt adopted this scheme?
So,what will be the future of those who appointd after 2003?The said G.O. is only applicable for the employees of All India Services; not for West Bengal Services.
