I am working as a full time Lecturer in Botany in a State Aided University of West Bengal (not any college) continuously since more than last 11 years. My husband is a Software Engineer working at Salt Lake. We have no children yet. 6 months back, my husband has been posted at Singapore in a senior supervisory position and joined there. He has to be there for at least 3 years before the posting is confirmed. Now my question is that if I resign from my present service to join my husband at Singapore under family circumstance, shall I be eligible to receive proportionate pension? I have my widow mother staying at our residence. This pension might support her since she has no other income source. Also, am I eligible to get any kind of leave/lien etc., if pension is not admissible?
