Dear Sir/Madam
Greetings, well I was registered for Ph.D programme in Jan 2006 and after completion of 18 months residency period I got appointed as Teacher in the Dept of school education J&K in July 2007. However, I am required to get my Ph.D degree entered into my service book. what must i do? Please suggest me.

The above order has been withdrawn due to some legal complications.

The incumbent got PhD Degree before he joined the school as an Asstt. Teacher . “PhD” was not mentioned in his Approval Letter . Now the incumbent wishes to get “Dr.” to be mentioned officially before his name and “PhD” in his academic qualification . Please suggest what to do in this context . Thank you .
