Only a Committee meeting is not sufficient to take such decision. The said Order is published by the Board. Any amendment / modification / revision must be followed by approval of the Board. However, as Council is responsible for teacher recruitment, transfer, promotion, leave, salary / benefits disbursement, etc, Council may propose such revision to the Board. If Board approves, then no problem. DPSC can implement it.
