I am a retired person and now I am working as Senior Advisor in Tata AIA .

Can we file the P.Tax return of and educational institution fot the three previous years and if yes. which slab will we have to follow while depositing the amount of tax? the new one or the old one. PLS REPLY
if a employee takes a leave for any day in a month and the organisation deducts the days amount from his salary will it affect the slab prescribed by the govt. of west bengal

I am getting salary from two companies Rs. 20000/- and Rs. 9000/- I have asked my employer not to deduct P.Tax.
Please let me know how much I will make payment towards my ECW number.
