if a AT of pry. school with Basic training gets promoted to HT, will his grade pay change to 2900 from 2600? if not how will he get benefited?

Re: promotional benefit
1) In case of Primary Head Teacher (Trained): Grade Pay of Rs. 2800/- instead of Rs. 2600/-
2) In case of Primary Head Teacher ( Un-Trained): Grade Pay of Rs. 2700/- instead of Rs. 2600/-
with 2(two) addl. increments.
