Dear Friend,
One of my friend is working in one of the central government Autonomus Institution in pune. Now he got selected on higher position in another central government Autonomus Institution in mumbai. in his offer letter is has mentioned that “the post is temporarly but like to continued…” in this regards, he request fro lien in presnt office. but his request has refused to say that, the lien can not be allowed for LDC/UDC and any administrative staff. But one of Senior account officer was on lien from his office.
pls help
1) rule for Lien?
2) lien is applicable only for officers?
