I am presently in training in an PSU, I applied for another PSU and I got selected. The problem is, I didn’t apply through a proper channel because my company didn’t give me NOC and now I want to join in this new PSU. Any suggestion how I have to do that and legal obligations.
Since you have not applied for other PSU through proper channel and got no NOC from present employer you have to tender resignation in present PSU on ‘personal ground’, and get relieved before taking up new appointment in other PSU. I don’t know whether there is any service contract (signing a bond for a specific period) in present PSU or not. There is no question of transfer of your service (service continuation) from one PSU to another in such a situation!
I have been serving in one PSU for last two years without any bond/contract since beginning. I had applied for the immediate higher grade in another PSU through proper channel and got selected. Can i go to the second PSU on transfer basis since i had applied through proper channel, rather than on the basis of resignation and fresh appointment in the second PSU?
