I am retired from Govt. Service on 28.2.2010 & at present drawing Pension amounting Rs.16560.00 per month till 1.10.13 but I have not allowed any Ex-Gratia till this date. No one give me any suitable answer why I would be deprived when I got the same in 2012 also. Anyone to clarify.
I got this bonus last year as a para-teacher. on 1.12.12 i joined as a clerk at Kazipara Haridas Vidyabhaban. As my present service period is less than 6 months I have not got the bonus.
I have the same question also…..but have you got your puja bonus?

I AM A VLE OF PANISALA GRAM PANCHAYAT UNDER COOCH BEHAR-I DEV. BLOCK AND I AM ENGAGED HERE SINCE 2009. CAN I GET THE PUHA BONUS? BECAUSE THE G.P. AUTHORITY (i.e executive assistant) ignore it.
i a company gives Rs.2000 as advance for durga puja and will deduct it from his salary would it attract tds? kindly reply.
If company gives puja advance rs.2000. 00
and this advance would be deducted from his salary. afterwards.
now question is would it attract Tax.?
