In wb govt clerical service madhyamik, 6 months computer training required. The candidates who possess technical qualification such as b.tech, bca, diploma they studied computer subjects in their course. The candidate who do not have technical qualification they are doing computer course from computer training institutes such as yuva computer training institute, webel etc.I have a query here, the candidate who have technical qualification can they appear in wb clerical service without doing any computer course from computer training centre because they already studied computer subjects while doing their qualification.
I would like to know studing in computer subjects in b.tech, BCA will be consider
as computer training or not.
I can only say at this situation that a candidate for being eligible has to fulfill the requisite qualification as mentioned in the advertisement for recruitment. However, if there is any Equivalence clause, for the essential qualification, then the question of consideration in respect of other qualification equivalent to that of essential one arise. MOREOVER,GOVT SET UP IS GUIDED BY ITS RECRUITMENT RULES ,SO, IT IS DIFFICULT FOR ANY GOVT SET UP TO DEVIATE FROM THE PRESCRIBED PROVISIONS WITHOUT AMENDING THE SAME BY DUE PROCESS OF LAW.
The advertisement of wb clerical service recruitment is “Acquisition of elementary knowledge in Computer operation with the ability of typing on
Computer at the speed of 20 words per minute in English or 10 words per minute in Bengali from a reputed organization for a period not less than 6 (six) months.” Here my query is studing computer subjects while doing BCA or Btech qualification and having typing certificate will fulfill the recruitment criteria or not.
It all depends upon the decision of government. However, if your certificate is conducive for formation an idea in line with the one mentioned in the advertisement, then there may be a chance.
