Sir, I am now working as a Nirman sahayak in Gram Panchayat (semi govt) for about 5 years. Now I have got selected in irrigation and waterways dept as a junior engineer (pure govt) through PSC by taking NOC through proper channel. Now I have a question whether I will get the pay protection and service continuation? Pay scale and grade pay of both these jobs are same i.e. 9000-40500, GP – 4400.
