I am a cashier of Panchayat Samity. My queries are:-
A) Govt. fund received by a Panchayat Samity/Block in which Executive Officer/BDO is the executing agency , Can EO or BDO can further sub-allotted it to any other executing agency without approval of funding department?
B) Is Sub-allotment is one kind of advance? Is there any specific guideline in this regard?
