Honorable Members, GOOD MORNING.
Would you like to guide me that……..
1> Who is responsible for the registration and form filling of the MP & HS , A teacher or a clerk ?
2> Can a headmaster compel the class teacher of 9,10, for MP & 11,12 for HS ?
3> What are the guidelines in this regard ?

Dear friend, I am sorry for the late reply.
Actually I was trying hard to find a suitable solution of your question though I am not an employee of education department.
I am uploading herewith Circular No. EMU/C/15 dated 22-07-2008 of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education. Please have a look at Para 3(d) which I have Circled with red border. It is written there the following.While filling in the forms it will be the duty of the Head of the Institution to ensure that each column is properly filled in with correct data ………………..
