    I have been appointed by BDO. I am Sri Prosenjit Kumar Mandal , Contractual workar for Jeebika Sebak in Sujapur Gram Panchayet under Kaliachack-1 Development Block,Malda. My joining date 07.01.2010. Am i applicable the govt order Finance Deptt – 9008F(P) DATED 16.09.2011 & cOMMISSIONER p&rd, memo no. 3105/DP/IR-1/2011 dated 01.11.2011.     In connection with above, I, Ms. Mahua Dey beg to place before your good self that I have been working in Minority Affairs & Madrasah Education Department, under the D.M. Howrah since last 1(One) year on deputation through ACES Infotech, Alipore, Kolkata as a Computer Operator. The salary as offered to me is very much nominal(Rs. 3516/-) and is too low as to maintain even an individual. I hardly have something to contribute to my parents.
    I would request you to kindly exert your good office to arrange for an employment under regular establishment of Minority Affairs & Madrasah Education Department, Govt. of West Bengal, to enable me to lead a moderately healthy life.

    It is learnt that in spite of repeated instruction the work of data entry of M.R etc. of works completed during the year 2007-08 yet not started and even D.E.O are not engaged on contract basis for the same. As per instruction of the District authotiry the following D.E.O are intrusted for the data entry of NREGA and they will get Rs. 140/- (One hundred forty ) pwr day for exclusive work entry of master rolls etc. The payment wil be made from the contingence of NREGA fund and if required the payment will be made from the end of the office of the undersigned.
