    I think the gradation is wrong. The s/c candidate who had got 1st promotion to the post of UDC will be senior than the questioner.
    Refer to notification no 5336-F Dt. 21-05-2004 & memorandum 5337- F dt. 21-05-2004
    pl. confirm it.
