Want to resign from the post of assistant teacher (PG) of a govt aided Christian minority school… Don’t want any lien… But school demands 3 months notice or three months salary… Is there such govt rule?

Yes, there is rule regarding 3 months notice period or 3 months salary. [No. 641-Edn dated 23.05.1974]

Is that rule related to resignation? I find the connection with dismissal of service
