InactiveIf it is a case of application through proper channel, then you will have to submit technical resignation so that your past service is treated as qualifying service for pension. If you do not want the aforesaid benefit or if you did not submit application for new employment through your present employer, then you may resign by placing one month’s notice.

InactiveIf you applied through proper channel, then after receiving the appointment letter, you will apply for release order to the Sub Inspector of Schools. You may ask for LIEN for 1 year. This LIEN period may be increased and for 1 year. If you want to return to your previous post, then you may do this before completion of 2 years LIEN.
If there is no relation between two jobs, then you will resign from your post and join for new one.25.05.2017 at 4:04 am #82410Anonymous

By tendering one month’s notice you would enjoy your right of terminating your service. If not then submit only resignation and forward a copy of same to your prospective employer stating the fact that your joining is dependent on your release.
