I am a teacher of a H.S. school. I joined my new school on 20.3.13.through mutual transfer.
According to my new H.M. and new A.D.I. Office, as I released on 19.3.13, I should take salary upto 19.3.13., hence L.P.C. should be upto 19.3.13. In this case I have to refund salary for 12 days. Due to my approval, I also agree with this but my old H.M. is not agree with this. He is offering me salary upto 31.3.13. and L.P.C. upto 31.3.13. What should I do now? What is the actual rules?

As per my thinking, you should draw your salary up to 19/03/13 at your old school, and LPC should take acc. to the fact.
One thing more in which school you give your attendance in the staff’s attendance register for the duration 20/03/2013 to 31/03/2013, try to understand this matter to your old H.M.

Ok, then LPC is valueless, why you take that LPC? Withdraw your salary from the old School through out your service life. No matter you are a mutual transferred teacher……

    Try to understand your H.M.

At this dilemma you have to find a way to balance both HMs. Neither is correct nor wrong! in case of mutual transfer salary is being paid according principle for Govt Employees! For school teachers no principle has been set forth as yet. this creates such state of Confusion as you are in! I may think a lil for you but…
I need the following info first :

Present status of approval of appointment in new school , accorded or under processing?
Does your present HM paid salary/agreed to pay salary from 20.3?
Have you already received salary upto 31.3 from your previous school?
Does your LPC bear the date “19-3-13” as the last date of working in this school?

    Dear Torkona,
No Teacher can able to make any Headmaster understand on a matter which he understood earlier irrespective of its correctness
Please do not perplex your friend… Let them understand nothing is impossible
    thanks..
