Rules of 18 years Benifit for H.T / A.T in Pry. School

1) 18 years benifit for H.T in Pry. School.
2) 18 ” ” ” A.T ” ” ” .
3) Whether Gread Pay will increase or not ?
4) If yes, amount of Gread Pay ?
5) Is there any restriction ( 6-month’s gap ) between normal increment &
18 years benifit ?
6) Whether any permission of D.I or any form fill-up to be required ?

3) Fixed by 3% increment.
4)Yes, the amount of next Grade pay will be increased,(let me inform the amount of exiting Pay in Pay Band and Grade Pay)
5) In ROPA 2009, there is no bar to get for EOL with Medical Certificate, If it is not in Medical Ground then the leave should be granted /condoned by the authority. If the authority not grant the EOL, Then the days (days taken) back from the actual date. The rules of EOL should be observed if it is before 01/01/2006.
6) D.I. Permission must.

1) 18 years benefit entitle on and from 21/11/2013 if his EOL is condoned by the authority.
2) 3% increment will be added with his basic pay. i.e. Rs. 430/-, Basic Pay will be 14780/- w.e.f.21/11/2013
3) I think the grade pay will not increase because he has availed an addl. grade pay Rs. 200/- for his promotion to H.T..18 years benefit for those incumbent who has no scope to promotion. This incumbent has promoted to H.T. with 200/- addl. grade pay.
