Dear Mr. Nemo & Mr.Som babu,
I have prepared a school Management Utility for the Govt. aided Schools. The Heads of the Institutions may use it and modify according to their need. The file is password protected- Please open it by using 1963. Please send your suggestions.

Sir, khub bhalo hoyechhe. Kichhu jaygay problem hochhe. jemon planning page ta te madhyamik click korle kichhu aschhe na. higher secondary page ti te 123 diye kibhabe modify korbo bujhte parchhi na. ektu guide korben please.

Mr.Ambarasish babu,
Unprotectet the page first by using password 123 and then go to object , choose pdf file of your choice and insert. Protect the Sheet again. There is virtually no matter on that page. Down load the Academic Calendar from the Board’s Website and save it in any drive of your choice. After that insert the said file following the above mentioned steps. Its very easy. In case of H.S. there is no need of modification at present.After the expiry of the Session the pdf file will have to be deleted first and next calender be inserted in the same way.In Planning Page you may write your task as per your planning. You may un protect the sheet by using password dp.

@debabrata babu, the utility is good but there are so much which are not needed by (like non HS school and non vocational ) many schools. But that can not be deleted as the sheets are protected. Please provide some unprotected .xlsm. Otherwise it is bulky enough to work with normal secondary school. Again in the staff info page the D.O.B. can’t be modified as it is protected. There are so many are useless unless unprotected.
Lastly thanks for the utility provided by you.

EDITTING PROBLEM
sir,
some where editing problem by using password,like as drop down list (designation colm to click on it then show -Head master,asst.teacher etc,but does not show librarian)my query how to add “librarian” in drop drop down list.pls suggest me.

Dear Mr. Sajmal,
Thanks for your letter.There is no problem in editing the data. The Staff info page is protected but you can easily insert your data in the columns provided. In the School info page drop down list is provided at the bottom. Change or modify the disignation of your choice.
