WRIGHT 2 ,BUT NO CHANGE NAME OF EMPLOYEE(PREVIOUS NAME).

Same problem arises for me. I got a solution.. All the links are created from staff info. First look the row in the Staff info sheet for the employee who is needed pay sleep. Now in the pay certificates sheet just find and replace process( If you aware of excel you must know the process). Like if previous employee id was 12 and your present required employee id is 18 then find 12 first and replace all 12 by 18 that’s all. But there are also some mistakes. In the Gross pay and net salary there are some formulas so some times problem will arise. In that two portions you have to put the correct sum formula.
