A teacher has served 7 years in a school and joined at another school before introduction of counceling ie. 01.01.06 and served 6 years on that new school. In this case seniority to be calculated from where (in case of 25% noc ) ?
I think, seniority will be counted from the date of first joining. Completing 5 years of service in the present school is only the primary criterion of applying for General Transfer. Anyway you will get the right answer from School Service Commission – Help Desk
