I am working in the capacity of a Head Clerk in a Govt. Aided College (W.B) in the Pay Band Scale Rs. 7100 – 37600/- with Grade Pay Rs. 3600/-. My current Basic Pay Rs. (13160+3600) = 16760/-. If I am appointed as a Cashier in a University (W.B)through interview in the Pay Scale of Rs. 9000 – 28300/- with Grade pay Rs. 4400/- can I avail the benefit of Service continuation and Pay Protection ?
