Service retention after retirement

Hello Forum!
One of our Assistant Teachers is going to retire in January, 2014. The school will suffer after his retirement badly. Our MC wants to retain his service after retirement. We are told that it is possible to get continue service after retirement.
Could anybody let us know whether it is really possible? If it is possible to retain his service, please let us know the procedure to be adopted for this and we request to upload the related G.O. for the same.

IT IS NOT POSSIBLE.
If your school is newly upgraded to H.S. and took permission the subject, but no teacher for this subject in your school, then you may apply to the D.I.
