DOES THE SHETTY COMMISSION APPLIES TO ALL THE COURT STAFF IN WEST BENGAL? AND WHAT WOULD BE THE RECENT CHANGE IN PAY SCALE OR DA?? DO ANY ONE IN THIS FORUM HAVE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT IT. AS THE CALCUTTA HIGH COURT HAS PASSED ORDERS TO IMPLEMENT THE COMMISSION’S RULES REGARDING PAY STRUCTURE ON 11/12/2014…. PLEASE REPLY

There are different kinds of recommendations in regards to pay scale, service benefit, medical benefit, infrastructural upgradation. The high court and the state government will by consultation fix the matter.The benefit may start from April 2003 or January 2006.

Any such order for separate pay commission??? or any big relief??
