Options suggested or as you think:
1) It should be readily extended to teachers in the same form as it done for Govt employees
2. It should not be extended by the govt. as it will affect the academic performance of Girls’ School & Co Education Schools.
3. It should be extended by govt. but spell should be minimum 90 days so that teachers in leave vacancy may be appointed by school.
4. it should be, but for less than 730 days.
5. It should not be allowed for Examination purpose as that would minimize number of invigilator in MP/HS Exam venue.

I think It should be extended to teachers as early as possible both the Primary and Secondary and others department at the same time as it done for Govt. Employee. we have found that Secondary Dept. has released an order but primary Branch later on. as for Example 1) Child adaptation Leave 2)Extended Maternity Leave etc.As a result our Primary teachers fill anxiety. If happen any changes in case of teachers then it should be change of the Govt. employee also for the same reagin. I also believe it, this type of leave may not be require allways during Three month.It is also true that all the female teachers will not take at the same time. If arise any problem regarding this, Head of the Institution will take decession as per priority basis.Sir it is just my opinion.

Wel said my friend (Mr. Pal). We live in a democratic country and the right should be equal to all. When a female of state Govt employee is entitled to enjoy such leave then why not the female teachers? Of course necessary measures should be taken to run the school smooth.

so, why should not for a para teacher ? Is she not a mother ? Is she not a lady? Or her child is not alowed to take more care, as his/her mother is a para teacher ?

When the teachers of govt. schools have become eligible for Child Care Leave why the teachers of aided schools shall remain far behind! Why Education Deptt. is always slow in our cases?
