Simple Death Pension- TEST VERSION ::: This is a fantastic excel utility for all offices under Government of West Bengal to comply the Death case within 3-5 minutes completely.
However, few nominal problems are found as stated below for rectification-
(1) After printing of Single Comprehensive Form – First line of page 2 & 3 not yet printed clearly,
(2) In the sheet of “Recoveries Loans & Advances” a crossed line may be removed in page number 4 as the case may found in several offices (overdrawn of pay),
(3) Based on my experience in 19 years of service, the A.G. Bengal simultaneously asked for various certificate viz (a) which amount has already been paid/disbursed to family members of the deceased e.g. Leave Salary, G.I.S.S. etc along with T.V. number and date. (b) whether any case(s) pending with any court of law of the deceased. I request to this forum to input such certificates in forwarding letter.
(4) Single Comprehensive Form contains of 5 pages, hence the number of sheet in forwarding letter may please be changed,
(5) In the forwarding letter – List of relevant papers not yet arranged consecutively as per pages viewed in this A-1 software.

Sir,
The date of birth of Sri Shibapada Pramanik, Head Clerk as per Service Book record is on 03.03.1952. He will retire from government service on superannuation in the afternoon of 31st March 2011 the I.P.F. of Sri Pramanik has duly been verified in terms of ROPA rules 1981, 1990, 1998 and 2009 respectively.
Accordingly relevant documents/papers for superannuation pension, gratuity & commutation value of pension etc are sent herewith as detailed under for issuance of necessary payment order.
Certified that no case is pending in the court of law or in the Vigilance Department in respect of Sri Pramanik.
Necessary payment order may kindly be issued in favour of Sri Shibapada Pramanik, Head Clerk of this office at an early date from your end.
