Dear/s, tutorial class is scheduled for the progress of backward students, correctional jobs, evaluate the answer scripts of any exam(it may of class test) to solve of one’s subject problem & like.
Now i like to share some interesting situations to present in question form. Please follow :
    1.regarding class:
i)can the H.M or the school management force an asstt teacher to take more than 25 (class room teaching ) classes in a week?
ii) if an asst teacher is made bound to take more than 25 class room teaching classes, how would his /her classes be regarded?
iii) can it( to make bound to take more than 25 class-room teaching classes in a week) be legally valid?
iv) whether an asstt teacher is bound to make up his/her total nos of class room teaching classes(25 in a week) within the rest of the days of this very week or later after his/her joining after a leave(C.L/M.L)

it may happen the authority(hm& the mc) would divide the students into more sections .Then the nos of classes would certainly increase & the result would, (total no. class of all Classes)/(total no. of teachers) > 25 : viz the reality as 1500 : 13 (student:teacher); what may the condition be?

If the ratio is 1500:13 then nothing to do, class load must be >25, in 2003-2005 at our School class load of teachers was 28 per week (at that time there was 7 periods). According to my knowledge in that situation no G.O works. As per rule of RTE-2009 the said ratio should be 40:1, the management must be provide necessary teachers and for this M.C should works positively.
    Thanks

What can M.C. do if s.s.c. can not appoint any teacher? Appointment of some Part timer is not the solution. How can we expect a lot from a part timer when they will get a poor amount at the end of the month. We know most of the schools are not financially strong to keep a large number of part time teacher. We also know that the para teachers are not agree to take classes more than 16 per week and four days per week ( I know that there are G.O.’s in support of them). If P.T.s are not willing to take classes more than 16 per week who get Rs. 8275/month, then how many classes you can allot for a part timer who get Rs. 1500 to 2000 per month? Please don’t mind parateachers. I am just trying to feel the situation. I think cooperation can only solve the problem.
    Thanks
