IS THERE ANY SPECIFIC RULE FOR RECRUITMENT IN GOVT SPONSORED SCHOOLS? HENCE SSC AMENDMENT SPECIFICALLY MENTIONS ” recognized Non-Government aided Schools in West Bengal’.
I MEAN TO SAY AFTER CONVERSION SSC HAVE TO MAKE AMENDMENT.

I think u r right. These r nothing but timekilling excuses of the recruiting authorities.

AND WHEREAS as per section 9 of the West Bengal School Service Commission Act, 1997, appointments of teachers and
non-teaching staff of the Government Sponsored school are being done by the Managing Committee of the school on
recommendation of the West Bengal School Service Commission;

From the above condition, we see that the recruitment of teachers and non-teaching staff of the Government Sponsored school is recommended by the SSC .
In this matter the SSC may bring an amendment.
