I was appointed from 5th RLST 2004 of WBSSC to a Madrasah (did not give any option in the form). At that there was no system of Counselling . Later on separate Madrasah Service Commission has been formed and inter Madrasah General Transfer option in available for Madrasah Teachers. Now my question is that – as my appointment was from School Service Commission,can I take the benefit of General transfer introduced by SSC to get myself transferred from Madrasah to School ? Please discuss.
