I am an AT of a High School.(bio pass) My joining date is 06/08/2010, can i give the Madrassha Service Exam in same (pass) scale this year? if so please give me the G.O.

Yes, you can as you joined the High School through SSC. No bar of minimum service is here for different exams conducted different commissions.
