    Have you applied for Study Leave to ur Secretary
    if not apply post facto basis.
    Send the proposal to the Secretary WBBSE Derozio Bhawan Salt Lake City Kol – 91 with
    Copy of MC resolution sanctioning ur study leave with period of leave
    Copy of permission accorded by DI/ADI
    Forwarding letter of HM
    Pass certificate
    Docs supporting EXAM period etc…
    then wait for reply…
