Sir,
Kindly publish the terms and conditions for granting study leave to a school teacher in his/her pursuit of higher studies. You may post the relevant orders so that everyone can get to know the answers to the questions like: Who is the leave sanctioning authority, how one should apply for such leave what are the academic courses for which study leave can be granted and most importantly does anyone has discretionary power to grant or deny such leave without any recorded reason. Recently I have noticed that different SI/DI offices are taking divergent stand on applications for granting study leave. I am confused. Please help.March 10, 2012 at 4:00 pm #71550AnonymousInactiveSir,
