If the two asst. Teacher who joined as A.T in pry.school on 27.11.2002 & 25.06.2005. But senior A.T joined the particular school after Junior one as transfer order. But when surplus in school respect T-R ratio who will transfer to other school in RTE act. Pls help this matter with G.O if any.

Senior or junior of the concern school is not factor here. Lowest length of service among the teacher( excluding head teacher) of the school will be treated as surplus teacher. With thanks.
In my school, we are 9 teachers. 5 teachers came under 2011 transfer. I am junior most & joined the same school 2010 as fresh recruitment. The most Senior teacher came after transfer in 2011. Now the question is whether I am the sufferer or the Senior? The last joined teacher should be. Isn’t it?
