Honble members of this forum are very much aware that state govt. Had establish and continues to set up these upper primary junior high school with three regular teachers.One of them was selected as the Teacher In Charge of the school without his consent/or by applying mental pressure…Now they are executing the duties and responsibilities of the head of the institution without any experience i.e very much risky job as this includes Construction works,monetary transaction,coordination with Departments…And for all these hazards they are entitled to not a single paise..their appointment as TIC is also not recognized by the D.I of Schools which means this tenure will not be treated as experience as TIC…isnt it injustice?

You are right snehansu. Are you the victim of this? The responsibility of TIC is very robust.

Yaa i am..but i want rocognition for all the hardwork and efforts i have put in to perform.Afterall my appointment and pay structure are same as the other Asst.teachers of same category..isnt it?

For all new set up school, it is a common case, but acc. to ROPA-2009 all TIC’s are eligible to get proper recognition as well as financial benefit.

Respected Torkokona.J.H.School…thanks for your reply….but sir the problem is D.I of schools denied to recognize their designation and he clearly said that this will neither be treated as ‘experience as TIC’,nor any financial benifit will be offered.

Now my opinion is, the only way is court case with Ref. the attachment G.O, before this please wait for our other member’s opinion-

Respected Torkona J HS thanks for the G.O…but my question is wheather this order is valid for newly appointed TICs of Junior High School..?..i’ll wait for other member’s opinion too.

I think it must works for new TIC’s and this will valid up to further amendment or up to next ROPA.
