i had same confusion. but after listening to cssc chairman s interview i think there is no post as such[h/pg] in 5 to8 class category .thus no candidate require to pass both tet and rlst to get a h/pg pot in a 5to8 post.there will be no h/pg post in 5to8 post .but it is also a fact that many h/pg techers are working in 5 to 8 class jnr high /upper pry schools.i think govt will not appoint any h/pg teachers in these schools till upgradation to high schools.so here h/pg teacher who wise to teach 5 to 8 may mean who may clear tet but not rlst. it is better for to apply for tet now then apply for your subject when rlst add published.
