Dear friends,
My friend is a pass graduate trained asstt teacher, just completed TEN year of continuous service , is he entitle to get any ten year benefit ?

WakilYes, your friend is entitled to an additional increment of 3% of basic pay for each ten years completed service(max. 2 in whole service life ). If your friend’s date of joining falls between 1st Jan and 30th June, it will be beneficial to draw the said benefit from 1st July. If your friend’s date of joining falls between 1st July and 1st Jan, he /she will get it from the date of entitlement.

Your friend will get 10 yrs/18 yrs and 20 yrs -three times of additional increment. Not only that , at the time of 18 years benefit , any incumbent ( pass graduate teacher/librarian/clerk / group-D/Me tron etc.) will be entire in the next higher scale ( at present there is no next higher scale but will get in the next Grade Pay.)
