A teacher recruited through SSC in the year 2007 and joined in a Madrashah High School. Thereafter, SSC divided i.e. Madrashah and General board. Presently, is he/she eligible to apply for transfer to General School? Can he/she apply? Is there any rule? Dear members please quote your comments and submit rules if any.

I am suffering same problem as u are. Today I have contacted ssc office via my proper chain they told me that msc&ssc r totally conduct by separate rules and there are no any option to transfer from madrasah to school.moreover they told me that in this issues some candidate file a case in high court and if the highcourt verdict to our favour than we get a chance.
