I am going to join as H.C.in my Jalpaiguri office on promotion from U.D.C. Now, my head office is telling me that in the interest of public they will requisite my service from the said regional office to work as Accountant in the Head office in Kolkata on emergency basis because there is huge vacancy in the head office. My question is whether the office can pass such order? If so, can I claim my H.C. scale to join ? Can I claim additional benefit for joining ? It is pertinent to be mentioned here that the scale of H.C is Scale No. 10 (pre-revised) but the scale of accountant is scale no.9.
