Two distance degree simultaneously

Is two degree completed in same year(2015) such as B.ed degree from ODL mode (Netaji Subhas open university) and Master degree from Distance education mode, both are acceptable in west bengal school service commission?

I think you can not use both degree at one place.either you use b.end or m.a.
