An AT; appointed at 1 point (SC) as per 100 pt roster; released for GT. Last vacancy was filled in at 15 point (SC). Now, what will be the position of that vacancy due to that AT’s GT? Is it 17 ?
NO. AS PER THE PRESENT RULE NO NEW POINT OF ROSTER IS CONSIDERED FOR THIS CASE i.e., G.T. AS THE TEACHER APPOINTED IN SC CATEGORY (R.P – 1), THE SAID VACANCY AFTER HIS/HER G.T MUST REMAIN SAME R.P.

Will you please share the “Present Rule” by which the said post would be considered as the 1st Vacancy in the 100 point roster? Otherwise, we are getting confused and misguided.
The present rule means vacancy caused by resignation/death/retirement of any teacher/non teaching staffs. In this case the vacancy caused by such and such cases put in the next point of roster, the last upto which the vacancy already filled up.
